Music and the arts play an important role in our ministry. We are passionate about sharing God’s love through song and worship!
In fact, music is incorporated into most aspects of our ministry including outreach events, mission trips, kids gatherings and even meetings and Bible studies. “O sing unto the Lord a new song: sing unto the Lord, all the earth!” Psalm 96:1
SIFU
Our SIFU mentorship program targets talented young people and helps them to grow in community and faith. We encourage them to use their talents and live their lives in a way that brings glory to God and service to others.
SIFU means both ‘teacher’ in Chinese and ‘praise’ in Swahili. The main purpose of SIFU is to mentor gospel artists, worship leaders, and those in the Gospel music industry to bring about holistic transformation in their circle of influence.
Meetings are every two weeks. The first meeting is a mentorship/coaching meeting and the second is going out into the community. Reaching out to the youth by doing events at schools is the current focus.
